Especially as the neighbour was in the garden next door having a bbq at the time it came down

Luckily nobody was harmed apart from a fence and shed which can always be replaced

The tree spread over 3 gardens but we managed to avoid damaging anymore fencing or neighbouring sheds which was pleasing

An aerial assessment of the current cable bracing and old pruning wounds/ hollowing where there were cause for concern were checked and further instruction has been made to prolong the trees’ life but also bare in mind the customers safety
