Tree Surgeon's Blog - A huge tree needs a crane!

 

The tree was hanging over a fairly new barn and fence along with a neighbouring drive which was brilliant for access for us and the amazing team Devon Lifting Services who are second to none at what they do!

We couldn’t recommend them highly enough when it comes to using them for tree work and look forward to many more jobs teaming up together , cheers guys!

As you can see everything was meticulously lifted to safety with the crane on site and then dealt with and processed with the aid of the valmet winch tractor and disposed of with the Först chipper as we were allowed to leave a mountain of woodchip onsite to save time carting it away!

We also extracted 5 loads of timber elsewhere on the customers property for use at a later date, so they will be self sufficient in firewood for the foreseeable future
